Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled professional to join our team as an Account Management Services Specialist. As a key member of our Multinational Portfolio, you will be responsible for providing end-to-end account management services to allocated Global Accounts.

Your primary objective will be to ensure seamless execution of administrative activities related to global programmes, working closely with Assistant Client Service Executives to maintain high standards of quality and timeliness.

Your Key Responsibilities:
  • Account Handling: Collaborate with Global Client Executives and Underwriters to deliver agreed client service standards, ensuring timely renewal terms and information exchange with local Clients/Brokers.
  • Supporting Business Development: Contribute to Chubb's business growth by supporting client relationship activities, working closely with Assistant Client Service Executives, and guiding them in account handling activities.
  • Communication and Relationship Building: Foster strong relationships with Underwriters, Clients, Brokers, Chubb Offices, and other external parties, effectively communicating Chubb's Service Standards and exceeding expectations when possible.
  • Operational Excellence: Work within the framework of Chubb ethical and service standards, assisting with ongoing Projects aimed at improving the Global Services Department.
