We are seeking a highly skilled professional to provide account management services for allocated global accounts within the multinational portfolio.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure administrative activities are completed on time and to a high standard of quality.
  • Prepare timely processing instructions for various departments to ensure premiums are debited, and policies are issued promptly.
  • Work closely with credit control, the multinational processing service unit, and other departments to resolve accounting and processing issues.
  • Build strong relationships with clients and their brokers, serving as the primary point of contact for all service-related matters.
  • Support business development activities and present global capabilities.
Requirements:
  • 3-5 years prior insurance and reinsurance industry knowledge across all commercial lines.
  • Proficient in MS Office applications and presentation skills.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and effective communication.
