Your Role:

To manage a portfolio of global accounts, overseeing the end-to-end process in accordance with guidelines. This involves working closely with colleagues to ensure administrative activities are completed on time and to a high standard of quality.

You will collaborate with credit control, the processing unit, and other departments to resolve accounting and processing issues. Building strong relationships with clients and their brokers is crucial as you serve as the primary point of contact for all service-related matters.

Your Key Responsibilities:
  • Guide and support team members in account handling activities
  • Support business development and client relationship initiatives
  • Manage client executive's and underwriter's accounts and activities
  • Ensure renewal terms are obtained from controlling underwriters and communicated to local clients/brokers as necessary
  • Build relationships with underwriters, clients, brokers, and other external parties
  • Work within the framework of our ethical and service standards
  • Contribute to ongoing projects for process improvement
