The ideal candidate will have prior experience in the insurance and reinsurance industry, with a strong understanding of commercial lines. They will be proficient in MS Office and have excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

This is an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic environment where continuous development is encouraged throughout your career. You will have the chance to build strong relationships with clients and their brokers, attend client meetings, and support Chubb's business development activities.

To succeed in this role, you will need to be able to interpret information, work independently, and make decisions with minimal supervision. You will also need to be able to communicate effectively with all levels of personnel, clients, and brokers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage global accounts within the multinational portfolio, including captive programmes
  • Collaborate with Assistant Client Service Executives to ensure administrative activities are completed on time and to a high standard
  • Prepare processing instructions for the multinational processing service unit, credit control, reinsurance, and local offices
  • Resolve accounting and processing issues with credit control and other departments
Qualifications:
  • Prior experience in the insurance and reinsurance industry
  • Proficient in MS Office
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
