About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Export Perishable Operator to manage and coordinate the export process for perishable goods. This includes documentation, shipping, and regulatory compliance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage compliance tasks such as fumigation and obtaining health certificates.
  • Arrange transportation with shipping lines, airlines, and the transport department for timely deliveries.
  • Build strong relationships with clients, agents, and internal teams.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth operations.

Requirements

To be considered for this role, you will have:

  • At least 2 years of experience in freight forwarding.
  • Experience in export air or ocean freight and perishables (preferred).
  • Fumigation experience and certification.
  • Cargowise software (preferred).
  • Excellent communication and organization skills.
  • Strong customer service skills.
