Our Team Member's Role:
- To provide support to students with additional learning needs.
- To inspire students to learn and achieve their full potential.
- To work collaboratively with teachers and other staff members to ensure student outcomes are met.
- To develop and maintain positive relationships with students, parents and carers.
Key Requirements:
- A Certificate II or higher in Education Support or similar qualification.
- Experience working with students who have additional learning needs.
- A passion for inspiring students to learn.
- Well-developed interpersonal skills and cultural sensitivity.
- Flexibility and ability to work collaboratively.
- The ability to work with a variety of IT software platforms.
- A commitment to our mission and vision.
- A current Working with Children Check.
- Responding to Risks of Harm, Abuse and Neglect - Education and Care (RRHAN-EC) Training Certificate.
