As a Learning Delivery Specialist, you will bring learning to life, designing and deliver engaging training that builds capability, boosts confidence and helps our people thrive in their roles. Every session you run will have a clear purpose, lifting skills, driving performance and creating lasting impact across the business. Working closely with leaders, L&D specialists and partners you will assist in turning business needs into meaningful learning experiences through facilitating workshops, managing content and playing a key role in shaping how we grow and develop talent.

This will be a full time, secondment position with the opportunity to be made permanent depending on business requirements. This role will be based in the Adelaide office, with flexibility to work from home.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Providing learning and development solutions using a wide range of outlets
  • Review business performance and consult to recognise areas to improve performance
  • Recommend learning solutions and then design, develop and create content for those solutions
  • Apply effective facilitation techniques to ensure maximum participation and achievement of learning outcomes
  • Work with leaders to support and monitor ongoing capability, including 1:1 coaching with new and existing team members

ABOUT YOU

  • Demonstrated experience within the workers compensation industry and/or previous experience in a L&D role will be advantageous
  • Experience with coaching and developing others working 1:1 and through group facilitation
  • Excellent verbal and written communication
  • Ability to build and maintain internal customer relationships
  • Skills in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
