Learning and Development Specialist

We are seeking a dedicated Learning and Development Specialist to join our team.
This is a key role in delivering high-quality education programs to children aged 0-5 years.
Key Responsibilities:
- Contribute to the development and implementation of engaging learning experiences that cater to diverse needs.
- Collaborate with the centre team to plan and implement inclusive programs.
- Actively engage and supervise children at all times.
- Maintain a safe environment for children, families, and team members.
- Build strong relationships with children and families.
- Comply with National Quality Standards and policies.
- Sustain a culture of reflective practice and continuous improvement.
