Job Title: Learning Program Specialist

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Learning Program Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in learning delivery and facilitation, with excellent stakeholder engagement skills.

The role involves delivering engaging learning programs across our sites, ensuring consistent high-quality rollout and building strong relationships with local leaders and teams. Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing and delivering learning programs that meet site-specific needs and operational contexts
  • Collaborating with local leaders and teams to ensure effective program uptake and tailored delivery approaches
  • Supporting national program delivery activities and providing feedback to the national L&D team for continuous improvement
  • Participating in national projects and initiatives that enhance learning and capability development across the business

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Experience in learning delivery, facilitation, or L&D advisory roles
  • Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a national team
  • Organisation and time management skills, with attention to detail
