About this role

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the Property Valuations team with seamless coordination and technical document support.
  • Manage end-to-end job setup, reporting, and workflow allocation across the team.
  • Assist in preparing valuation reports, including formatting documents, setting up calculations, and ensuring layout consistency.
  • Conduct property-related research to support valuation work.
  • Coordinate emails, diary scheduling, meeting bookings, catering, and video conferencing arrangements.
  • Create and reconcile expense reports for Directors, including entering receipts and supporting documentation.
  • Organise travel arrangements, including flight and accommodation bookings, car hire, and other transport logistics.
  • Coordinate team meetings, marketing activities, internal events, and manage team-wide resources and logistics.
  • Provide general administrative support to the wider team, including document preparation, word processing, data entry, Excel formatting, and PowerPoint presentation development.
  • Support tender responses and other formal documents under tight timeframes.
  • Assist with monthly invoicing processes and timely billing coordination.

Requirements:

  • Demonstrated experience in a similar administration role.
  • Excellent Microsoft Office suite skills, particularly Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
  • Experience using BST systems.
  • High proficiency in spelling and grammar.
  • Exceptional time management and organisational skills.
