Job Role: IT Support Specialist

About the Role

We are seeking a skilled IT Support Specialist to provide expert technical assistance to our organization. The successful candidate will be responsible for troubleshooting hardware and software issues, managing incidents and service requests, and documenting solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Troubleshoot hardware and software problems using analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Manage incidents and service requests from initiation to resolution, ensuring timely and effective communication with stakeholders.
  • Document solutions and best practices to improve knowledge sharing and reduce recurrence of similar issues.
  • Maintain accurate records of incidents, service requests, and resolutions in accordance with organizational standards.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Degree in Computer Science or related field; or equivalent experience.
  • Proven experience in IT support or related role, with a strong understanding of hardware and software systems.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and deadlines.
