Job Description:

Australian Energy Market Operator (AEMO) seeks an IT Support Specialist to deliver desktop and executive IT support, ensuring a high-quality digital end-user experience.

This role involves providing onsite Tier 2 IT support for hardware and software, refreshing end-user workstations, and offering VIP IT support to executives. The specialist will also assist with AV system support in meeting rooms.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver timely and efficient onsite Tier 2 IT support for hardware and software
  • Refresh end-user workstations as needed
  • Provide exceptional VIP IT support to executives
  • Assist with AV system support in meeting rooms
Required Skills and Qualifications:

The successful candidate will possess extensive experience in real-time, business-critical technology environments. They must demonstrate a strong ability in End User IT and IT Service Management, with excellent decision-making skills in ambiguous situations.
