Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Tax Professional to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing expert tax compliance and planning services to our clients.

  • Taxation Advice: Drafting taxation advice for complex matters, offering insightful and informed recommendations.
  • Tax Planning: Developing and implementing effective tax strategies to minimise clients' tax liabilities while staying fully compliant with tax laws.
  • Tax Compliance: Overseeing the accurate and timely preparation and submission of clients' tax returns. This involves reviewing complex tax returns, identifying potential tax-saving opportunities, and ensuring compliance with all relevant tax laws and regulations.
  • Research and Interpretation: Staying up-to-date with changes in tax laws and regulations, and interpreting their implications for clients. Conducting research to address complex tax issues and providing tailored solutions.
  • Strategic Business Advice: Collaborating with senior stakeholders to provide strategic business advice to clients, leveraging expertise in taxation matters.
  • Team Management: Managing, coordinating, and delegating client work to team members. Empowering and nurturing team members' capabilities to ensure exceptional performance and drive retention.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A Chartered Accountant (CA), Chartered Tax Adviser (CTA) or Masters of Tax qualification.
  • Experience working in a Big 4 or Mid-Tier firm in Tax.
  • Strong technical tax expertise in both compliance and advisory.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Driven and highly motivated, with a clear career focus.
