Marketing Manager Growth Position

We are seeking a skilled Marketing Manager - Growth to develop and execute lifecycle marketing strategies, leading the team in delivering targeted customer engagement.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of data-driven marketing experience, with expertise in MarTech integration and campaign planning. They should also possess strong analytical skills, with the ability to evaluate performance metrics and identify opportunities for improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement lifecycle marketing approaches to drive customer retention and growth.
  • Lead cross-functional teams in developing online customer lifecycle marketing strategies.
  • Track and analyze channel performance, providing actionable insights to inform marketing decisions.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to optimize communication programs and workflows.

Requirements:

  • Tertiary qualifications in Advertising, Marketing, or Business.
  • 5+ years' experience as a CRM or Digital Marketing Manager.
  • Proven expertise in data-driven marketing, MarTech literacy, and campaign planning.
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and inform marketing decisions.
