More about what you'll do
We're seeking a highly motivated Sales and Account Management Professional to join our busy and growing Townsville Sales team. As a key member of our team, you'll focus on retaining and growing revenue from a strong customer portfolio, as well as seeking to secure new business from internal prospects and your own customer relationships and connections.
Key responsibilities include:
- Meet and exceed all sales KPIs to deliver the required revenue and margin growth
- Effectively sales plan to ensure that key activities and growth targets are achieved on a daily basis
- Regularly secure new customers who have not previously engaged with COS-AUS
- Upsell additional category extensions to an existing client portfolio
- Retain customers, build long-term and credible relationships with multiple stakeholders
- Prepare and present business solutions and reviews with clients

If you're passionate about sales and account management, and possess a strong customer service mindset, this is the perfect role for you. You'll also need to display professionalism towards both internal and external customers at all times.
The ideal applicant will possess the following attributes:
- Strong business acumen and relationship management/account management skills
- Demonstrable record of success in B2B solutions and portfolio sales
- Experience in the Education Segment is preferred, but not essential
- Enthusiastic and always hungry to strive for more
- Strong attention to detail with excellent time management and prioritisation skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team environment
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
- Can work autonomously
- Excellent presentation skills with the ability to deliver high-impact proposals to a diverse audience
- Integrity, trustworthiness, professionalism, and a customer-centric approach to problem-solving
