Hr Workforce Coordinator
About the Role:The Department of Education is seeking a highly motivated and organized Hr Workforce Coordinator to join our Corporate Services Division in the Human Resources Unit.
This role supports the day-to-day operations of the Human Resources Unit by working closely with management across various Divisions, Units, and programs. The successful candidate will contribute towards the effective service delivery of HR services, systems, and processes.
You will be required to provide senior level advice and support on the interpretation of DET policy and practice, and complex HR issues to enable informed decision making.
Key Responsibilities:- Drive results, maintain high standards, and set priorities in work performance.
- Collaborate with colleagues to deliver high-quality outcomes.
- Show a willingness to learn, adapt to changing priorities, and identify solutions.
- Solve problems and develop workable solutions.

- Experience in payroll and recruitment within an HR setting.
