Workforce Planning Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled Workforce Planner to join our workforce planning team. The successful candidate will support the design, delivery and evaluation of various workforce projects and activities aligned to our strategy.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Produce regular workforce reports
  • Analyse quantitative and qualitative data to inform workforce planning and business partnering activities
  • Communicate complex data to audiences in written, visual and oral formats
  • Support new projects, including transition to automated reporting
  • Assist in reviewing and developing standard operating procedures, checklists and content for process improvement

Requirements:

  • Effective response to diverse requests and queries, manipulating datasets and navigating systems
  • Accuracy and efficiency, with ability to plan, prioritise and manage workload to ensure task completion to deadlines
  • Business intelligence to confirm HR data and use metrics to inform workforce actions
  • Maintain high standard of confidentiality and privacy
  • Well-developed interpersonal skills and ability to develop collaborative relationships with stakeholders
  • Strong integrity, resilience and problem-solving skills
  • Data literacy and ability to analyse data to produce insights
  • Strategic thinking, translating goals into workforce implications
  • Initiative, sound judgement and strong organisation skills
  • Solve problems, identify improvements and offer credible advice
  • Experience working with data in Microsoft Excel or similar
