Job Opportunity:
">The Department of Justice and Community Safety is seeking a highly skilled professional to fill the role of Principal Project Officer. This key position will provide critical support to the adult custodial corrections workforce, focusing on developing a comprehensive workforce strategy that includes training, development, supervision, and support initiatives.
">For this challenging yet rewarding opportunity, we are looking for an individual with a proven track record in project management, coordination, and delivery of complex projects or workstreams. Additionally, strong conceptual, policy, and analytical skills are essential for analyzing complex operational, policy, and legal issues.
">The ideal candidate will have experience in strategic planning, project management, workforce development, stakeholder engagement, and/or change management. They must be able to develop and implement a workforce engagement strategy, working closely with correctional staff, prison General Managers, and other key stakeholders.
