Job Description

We are seeking Lifeguards to join our team at Runcorn Pool and Gould Adams Park Aquatic Centre.

This role combines customer service with water safety, making it a fulfilling opportunity for those who enjoy working in aquatic environments.

Key Responsibilities
  • Welcome patrons to the facility with a friendly attitude and provide high-level supervision of all customers within the aquatic environment.
  • Ensure the smooth operation of daily admin processes at the reception desk, including water testing and general cleaning.
  • Provide clear direction to customers to ensure the aquatic environment is operating safely and customers are adhering to facility safety standards.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Previous experience as a lifeguard or in a related field.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
