Pool Lifeguard Job Description

The role of a pool lifeguard is multifaceted and rewarding. It requires a strong focus on ensuring the safety of all individuals using the pool, while also providing exceptional customer service.

A pool lifeguard must be vigilant and proactive in identifying potential risks, taking steps to mitigate them before they become incidents. This involves maintaining a high level of awareness at all times, monitoring pool activities closely and responding promptly to any signs of distress or emergencies.

In addition to their safety duties, pool lifeguards are expected to engage with customers, provide support and assistance as needed, and maintain a welcoming and inclusive environment for everyone.
