About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Identity Oversight Senior Manager to join our Identity and Access Technology (IAT) Teams. As a key member of our Group Security practice, you will play a critical role in ensuring the effective management of identity and access controls across our organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain a continuous objective view of the control landscape for Identity and Access technology, based on existing data, reports, and self-assessments.
  • Supplement this view through independent testing, confirming process effectiveness and identifying areas for improvement.
  • Coordinate action plans across Identity teams to ensure risks and deviations are managed and remediated in a timely manner.
  • Collaborate with key stakeholders, including the Chief Controls Office, Risk, and Audit teams, to ensure alignment and effective control management.
  • Translate Identity controls, standards, and guidelines into technology and operational processes.
  • Collate and analyze data points, metrics, and reports to understand current control status and identify potential testing gaps.
  • Develop and execute test plans to understand the status of observed gaps and potential impacts on control effectiveness.
  • Liaise with control owners and technology crews to prioritize and address noted findings.
  • Form a detailed view of control operations and processes, including review of scripts, queries, extracts, processes, and procedures.
  • Proactively conduct self-assessments across the Identity estate.
  • Work with Assurance functions to collate evidence requests, conduct workshops, support walkthroughs, and draft management responses.
  • Provide a consolidated view of controls operated by Identity.
  • Contribute to actionable insights that aid with Business Unit Investment (BUIT) prioritization.
  • Drive remediation activities noted by centralized testing teams where findings are applicable to Identity controls and/or processes.
  • Support the organizational focus on enhanced control testing automation, as governed by the Chief Controls Office teams.
Requirements
  • Strong Identity and Access Management knowledge, including processes and key technology.
  • Experience in IT audit, internal controls, and/or risk management, with a strong focus on Identity and Access Management.
  • Experience performing IT general controls, technology risk assessments, testing, or auditing against technology standards or governance frameworks.
  • Experience leading/contributing to internal and external (statutory) audits.
  • Strong data skills, with automation experience demonstrating a reduction in manual effort in executing test cases.
  • Very strong written and communication skills.
