Job Description:

Security and IAM Business Analyst

We are looking for a Senior Business Analyst with expertise in Security and Identity and Access Management (IAM) to join our team at Ethos BeathChapman. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving high-level information (business) IAM requirements, frameworks and other best practices, enabling the business to minimise information security risk and efficiently respond to incidents.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify stakeholders and collect business, functional, non-functional, and IAM requirements
  • Define business need, assess capability gap, and define solution approach
  • Manage solution scope and prioritise requirements (product backlog management)
  • Collect and document "as-is" processes, application features and integrations
  • Define access request, approval, and fulfilment workflows
  • Design business and application roles based on current entitlements and business requirements
  • Coordinate and collaborate with other teams to ensure system built as designed
  • Ensure applications deployed into production as designed
  • Participate in go-live activity to ensure successful production environment

Requirements:

  • 7-9+ years' experience performing as a Senior Business Analyst
  • 5+ years in Security and the Identity and Access Management domain
  • Full understanding of user access lifecycle and authentication processes
  • Past experience in SUAM, IAM, IDAM and Identity & Access Management systems will be highly regarded
