Executive Cybersecurity Leadership Opportunity

A seasoned security professional is sought to drive the company's cybersecurity strategy and implementation plan.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assess and enhance the cybersecurity strategy and policies across IT and operational technology environments.
  • Conduct comprehensive risk and threat landscape assessments for critical infrastructure assets.
  • Develop a strategic roadmap that incorporates regulatory requirements, with a focus on the Society of Critical Infrastructure Information (SOCI) Act.
  • Collaborate with senior stakeholders and vendor partners to ensure alignment with business resilience and digital transformation initiatives.
  • Provide mentorship and development plans for the cybersecurity team and deliver regular strategic briefings to executive leadership.
Requirements
  • 10+ years of experience as a Chief Information Security Officer, preferably in a utility or critical infrastructure organization.
  • Proven executive leadership and team building skills.
  • CISSP or equivalent accreditation.
  • In-depth knowledge of cybersecurity frameworks, standards, and regulatory compliance, particularly the SOCI Act.
  • Direct experience with the successful implementation of operational technology projects.
  • Strong communication and executive influencing skills.
