Cybersecurity Leader

A seasoned security professional is sought after to spearhead the organisation's security operations and ensure its resilience against cyber threats.
Key Responsibilities- Establish and oversee a comprehensive cybersecurity framework.
- Develop and execute an information security business strategy.
- Design, enforce and maintain policies, standards, and controls.
- Manage security dashboards, key risk indicators (KRIs) and key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Coordinate audits, penetration testing, and threat intelligence activities.
- Oversee incident response, third-party risk management, and vendor oversight.
- Deliver awareness training and phishing exercises to employees.
- Strong technical and strategic knowledge across security frameworks, governance, risk and compliance (GRC), and operations.
- Hands-on experience with incident management, risk assessments, and regulatory audits.
- Certifications such as CISSP, CISM, CRISC, CISA, or OSCP.
- Experience managing security programs in APRA-regulated environments is highly desirable.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
