Role Summary:
Director of Cybersecurity OperationsWe are seeking a seasoned security leader to spearhead our cybersecurity strategy and operations.
This key appointment will be instrumental in protecting our critical infrastructure and managing the evolving threat landscape.
The successful candidate will have a minimum of 10 years of experience as a Chief Information Security Officer, preferably within a utility or critical infrastructure organisation.
- Executive leadership and team building skills
- Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP) or equivalent accreditation
- In-depth knowledge of cybersecurity frameworks, standards, and regulatory compliance
- Direct experience with the implementation of OT projects
Responsibilities include:
- Assessing and enhancing our cybersecurity strategy and policies across IT and OT environments
- Conducting comprehensive risk and threat assessments for critical infrastructure assets
- Developing a strategic roadmap incorporating regulatory requirements, with a focus on the Security of Critical Infrastructure Act
- Collaborating with senior stakeholders and vendors to ensure alignment with business resilience and digital transformation initiatives
The ideal candidate will possess strong communication and executive influencing skills, as well as a proven track record of delivering results-driven solutions.
A CISSP or equivalent certification is essential, along with direct experience working within a utility or critical infrastructure environment.
