Job Overview

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct day-to-day running of conveyancing files, including residential and off-the-plan matters, as well as conveyancing of land zoned for rural and primary production, boundary adjustments, and land lease arrangements.
  • Provide advice on transfer of water licences, commercial leases, purchase and sale of business.
  • Prepare and provide advice on preparation of Wills, power of attorney, and enduring guardian documents.
  • Lodge applications for grant of probate in the Supreme Court of NSW.
  • Assist the Principal Solicitor with other legal matters.
Requirements
  • Excellent communication skills with a focus on building strong client relationships.
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
  • Ability to manage conveyancing files autonomously.
  • Excellent attention to detail and a strong work ethic.
  • Experience in conducting ACT conveyancing matters highly regarded but not essential.
