Job Summary:The role of a Facilities Maintenance Lead involves overseeing the upkeep and maintenance of offices, crib rooms, and shared spaces. The successful candidate will be responsible for supervising sanitation of restrooms and high-traffic areas, managing waste removal and general site upkeep, coordinating spot and deep cleaning tasks, and ensuring safe execution of mopping, sweeping, disinfecting, and window cleaning.

Key Responsibilities:- Oversee cleaning of offices, crib rooms, and shared spaces.
- Supervise sanitation of restrooms and high-traffic areas.
- Manage waste removal and general site upkeep.
- Coordinate spot and deep cleaning tasks.
- Ensure safe execution of mopping, sweeping, disinfecting, and window cleaning.
- A valid driver's license and own vehicle.
- Physical fitness – able to lift, carry, kneel, perform cleaning tasks, and stand for over 4 hours.
- A recent National Police Clearance (issued within the last 6 months).
- Ability to pass random medical and drug & alcohol tests.
