Supervise Tradespeople in a Fast-Paced Mining Services Environment

We seek an accomplished Boilermaker Supervisor to take charge of workshop and on-site service operations. As a key leader, you will be responsible for guiding a team of tradespeople and apprentices to deliver high-quality work across fabrication and maintenance projects.

Achieving this goal requires strong leadership skills, including the ability to foster accountability, build a positive team culture, and make informed decisions.

The successful candidate will have a minimum of 3 years in a supervisory or leadership role and hold relevant qualifications such as an Australian Driver's license C Class, High Risk LF, EWP License, Confined Space Ticket & Working at Heights Ticket. A proven track record of managing projects in mining or heavy industrial settings is essential.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Team Leadership: Guide, mentor, and support a team of tradespeople and apprentices.
  • Sites & Project Supervision: Oversee workshop and on-site service operations.
  • Quality Assurance & Technical Oversight: Ensure safe and high-quality work delivery.
  • Client Liaison & Communication: Build relationships with clients and stakeholders.
  • Workplace Safety & Compliance: Maintain a safe working environment.
  • Equipment, Resource & Inventory Management: Manage resources and equipment effectively.
  • Administration & Reporting: Maintain accurate records and reports.

Key Skills & Qualifications:

  • Leadership experience: Minimum 3 years in a supervisory or leadership role.
