About the Position

This is a permanent, full-time role requiring a planner to streamline maintenance processes by creating and scheduling service activities.

The ideal candidate will drive continuous improvement of maintenance operations, support Field Planners, and optimize tradespersons' productivity.

Main Responsibilities
  • Implement total planning process in Operations Centre through established rules and standardised work practices.
  • Maximise equipment availability by collaborating with key personnel to agree operating and maintenance strategies.
  • Plan, schedule, and align major equipment outages to maximise business value and reduce losses.
  • Create Operating Centre maintenance metrics and identify opportunities to achieve operational goals.
Requirements
  • Strong planning experience with proficiency in PC software and project management tools.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to lead a team of planners.
  • High attention to detail, analytical, collaborative and problem-solving skills.
