The Technical Solutions Leader will provide strategic leadership and technical expertise to deliver solutions aligned to business needs and objectives. This role involves developing and implementing solutions that meet the demands of the customer business unit, ensuring alignment with enterprise-wide blueprints and roadmaps.
Key Responsibilities- Coordinate and orchestrate application & information solution architecture activities and deliverables to meet customer expectations
- Ensure solutions are cost-effective, flexible, and optimized for business value delivery
- Manage architectural impacts of business change and recommend improvements to reduce costs and enhance flexibility
- Provide thought leadership on solution architecture and foster a culture of continuous improvement within IT and the customer business unit
- Review and analyze technical papers, providing expert guidance to delivery teams
This role requires prior experience in setting collaboration frameworks, creating solution prototypes, and leading technical teams. Additionally, you should have:
- Tertiary education in Information Technology or Computer Science, or equivalent years of experience in the field
- Demonstrated experience delivering successful solution architectures in large-scale environments
- Experience with modern cloud architecture and data platforms (AWS, Databricks, etc.)
- Architecture experience in financial and/or energy markets
- Excellent analytical, technical, and problem-solving skills
- Solid presentation development and delivery skills, with the ability to communicate with various technical and non-technical stakeholders
