In this role, you'll play a pivotal part in shaping the future of our global community initiatives. You'll lead our global creator engagement efforts—fostering a thriving, inclusive, and purpose-driven space for contributors to grow, connect, and create.

You'll work closely with managers, curators, and cross-functional partners in product, design, and marketing to deliver programs that grow participation, spark inspiration, and unlock culturally relevant content for everyone, everywhere.

As a community leader, your primary focus will be on developing and implementing a global community strategy aligned with company goals and brand values.

You'll lead, mentor, and scale a fully-remote team of community professionals, setting goals, guiding execution, and supporting skill growth.

Establish and maintain scalable systems and processes for community programming, reporting, and knowledge sharing.
