Key Role

The Communications Director is instrumental in crafting and delivering impactful communication strategies that align with business objectives. This position fosters a strong corporate culture, engages employees, supports organisational change, and enhances leadership visibility.

Main Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement an internal communications strategy aligned with global priorities.
  • Collaborate with the People team to deliver communication plans across employee lifecycle stages.
  • Promote timely, inspiring, and inclusive messaging across all internal channels.
  • Support culture-building efforts and values-led storytelling that reinforces our purpose and employer value proposition.
  • Position our organisation as a sustainable business leader.
  • Maintain corporate brand identity throughout the region.
  • Measure and report on communication effectiveness to continually improve engagement and impact.
Essential Requirements

A minimum of 12+ years' experience in internal communications and change communications, preferably within a multinational, matrixed organisation.

Relevant tertiary qualifications coupled with strong digital fluency in modern internal communications tools and platforms.

Demonstrated success leading strategic internal communications programs that enhance culture, engagement, and transformation.
