Global Community Engagement Manager

This role will oversee the development and execution of a comprehensive global community strategy, ensuring that it is aligned with the company's goals and objectives. The ideal candidate will have experience in managing and scaling teams across regions and time zones.

The Global Community Engagement Manager will be responsible for driving community engagement initiatives, developing and implementing programs to foster participation and retention, and analyzing data to measure impact. This role will also involve collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and amplify community voices.

To succeed in this role, you will need strong program management skills, excellent communication and people skills, and a passion for collaboration and storytelling. You will also have experience working with creators, contributors, or platform-based communities, and be familiar with analytics tools and using data to guide decisions.

As a member of the Community and Marketing team, you will play a critical role in connecting, inspiring, and empowering a global community of creators to contribute high-quality, diverse content that fuels millions of designs every day. You will work closely with other teams, including Engineering, Ops, Product, and Support, to integrate community voices across the business and drive real impact at scale.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive global community strategy

Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in community management, program strategy, or marketing, with 2+ years in a leadership or managerial role
  • Proven experience managing and scaling teams across regions and time zones
  • Strong program management skills, excellent communication and people skills, and a passion for collaboration and storytelling
  • Familiarity with analytics tools and using data to guide decisions
