About this role

As a dedicated Recovery Program Worker, you will play a vital part in supporting individuals on their journey towards recovery and empowerment.

Your key responsibilities will include developing individualized recovery plans with each participant, focusing on skill and knowledge development to help them achieve their goals.

You will also work closely with participants to plan their transition out of the program and assist in building lasting support networks.

Requirements

  • Prior experience working within the mental health industry or community-based organization
  • Lived experience of Mental Health Recovery
