Behavioural Support Specialist Role

This exciting opportunity focuses on delivering high-quality support to individuals with disabilities, promoting positive outcomes and enhancing the lives of those we serve.

The Behavioural Support Specialist will be responsible for developing and implementing behaviour support plans that meet the unique needs of each participant, working closely with a multidisciplinary team to ensure seamless delivery of services and achieve remarkable results.

Requirements
  • Hold a Diploma or degree in Psychology, Social Work, Occupational Therapy, Speech Pathology, Physiotherapy, or Exercise Physiology.
  • Minimum 2 years' experience working with individuals with disabilities is preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential.
  • Able to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
  • Familiarity with behaviour support principles and practices is highly desirable.
