Job Title: Dedicated Home Support Worker

We are seeking a compassionate and reliable individual to provide high-quality care and support to our clients in their own homes.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist clients with daily living activities, such as getting up and ready for the day and/or retiring in the evening
  • Support clients with shopping and meal preparation
  • Monitor medication and ensure timely administration
  • Accompany clients to appointments and provide transportation
  • Keep clients' homes clean, tidy, and safe
  • Provide companionship and support to pursue hobbies and interests

Requirements:

  • A Certificate III in Individual Support (Aged Care) or equivalent qualification
  • A current First Aid & CPR Certificate
  • A valid driver's license and access to a reliable, registered, insured vehicle
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
