  • $42.27p/hr + Super

We are looking for Personal Care Workers to join our team on a casual basis, delivering high-quality care to the elderly in their homes to maximise their independence and quality of life.

Job Responsibilities:
  • Accompanying clients during daily activities
  • Assisting with mobility and transportation – MUST have comprehensive car insurance.
  • Food preparation and shopping- Arranging or accompanying on social activities and outings
  • Performing domestic assistance tasks such as cleaning, washing, ironing, folding clothes
  • Assisting with personal care and hygiene such as showering, dressing, shaving, doing hair and makeup
  • Travelling up to 30 minutes to complete services.
About you:
  • Minimum Cert-3 in Individual Support - Ageing/Disabilityor extensive experience in a similar role
  • Must have your own car & comprehensive insurance.
  • First Aid and CPR certificate or willing to obtain.
  • National Police Check within 12 months or willing to obtain
  • Flu & COVID Vaccinations
  • Willingness to commit to short client services that can be 1hr-3hrs long, noting that all travel time is paid as a continuation of working hours
  • Ability to speak a 2nd language is desirable: Mandarin, Spanish, Arabic, Farsi, Italian, Greek, Polish etc.
