Job Overview

We are seeking a Guest Services Agent to join our front desk team at Adelaide Riviera Hotel. As a key member, you will be responsible for ensuring that our guests have an exceptional experience from check-in to check-out.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Check-in and check-out hotel guests in a friendly and efficient manner.
  • Process financial transactions accurately and efficiently.
  • Manage reservations via telephone, email, and walk-ins while providing excellent customer service.
  • Operate the switchboard and handle incoming calls.
  • Lift and move luggage as required, and assist with tour bookings.
  • Perform light cleaning and basic maintenance tasks as needed.
Requirements and Qualifications:
  • Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and evenings is essential.
  • Prior experience in hospitality is beneficial but not necessary.
