Job Title: Guest Experience Coordinator

As a Guest Experience Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in delivering exceptional guest experiences. Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Processing and inputting reservations according to hotel policies.
  • Booking room reservation requests, updating accurate information in the system, and maintaining an efficient reservations filing system.
  • Providing friendly and engaging service to guests, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
  • Upselling rooms and services to maximize revenue.
  • Answering phone calls promptly and efficiently, obtaining relevant information, and resolving guest queries.

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A guest-focused personality with excellent communication skills.
  • Experience working with computer systems, preferably similar to Opera.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and fluency in English language (written and verbal).
  • Warm and professional phone manners.
  • Education and/or experience in sales, customer service, hospitality, or tourism is advantageous.
