Job Title: Project Implementation Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Project Implementation Manager to lead the implementation of new systems and enhancements to existing platforms. This is a pivotal role that requires extensive project experience and the ability to utilise Agile methodologies in large-scale environments.

About the Role

This full-time, 12-month fixed-term contract will see you working closely with stakeholders and agile delivery teams to bring projects to life. You will be responsible for providing delivery leadership across a portfolio of projects, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives. Your expertise in Agile methodologies, such as Scrum and SAFe, will enable you to oversee system, data, security and process changes effectively.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the implementation of projects, collaborating with program managers, product owners and subject matter experts.
  • Define detailed change impact assessments for data, system and application functions.
  • Manage project budgets, ensuring delivery within scope, time and quality expectations.
  • Facilitate agile ceremonies, such as sprint and release planning, daily stand-ups, reviews and retrospectives.
  • Guide teams through their Agile journey, supporting continuous improvement and adoption.
Requirements
  • 8 years'+ experience in project delivery or related field, with at least 5 years in a Delivery Lead role using Agile methodologies.
  • Proven track record in delivering complex software solutions and managing cross-functional project teams.
  • Strong experience with Agile and/or hybrid delivery methodologies in large-scale environments.
