Job Summary

Drive customer implementations and ensure seamless delivery of our platform through a hybrid Agile Scrum/Kanban approach.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver end-to-end customer implementations, facilitating onboarding workshops and providing training to customers and partners.
  • Develop high-quality training materials, including videos, webinars, and support content, to promote the platform's features.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure consistent enablement programs and identify implementation impediments.
  • Maintain project progress visibility, plans, and stakeholder communications.
  • Liaise with product managers and developers to report issues and inform product improvements.

The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience in implementation or customer success within a SaaS environment, with demonstrated Agile experience in delivering software implementations.

Requirements
  • Strong understanding of Agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban) and experience in delivering complex projects.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to mentor team members.
  • Highly organized, with a focus on project management and resource allocation.
  • Ability to analyze and resolve implementation impediments, escalating as needed.
