About the Role

You will take on a challenging position as an Implementation Specialist, leading the onboarding and implementation of our entire product suite with new and existing clients.

  • Lead end-to-end onboarding and implementation projects across our full product suite.
  • Develop and maintain detailed project management documentation and manage scope changes and project variations.
  • Facilitate discovery workshops to capture client requirements, processes, and success measures, and define measurable success criteria for each project.
  • Partner across the business to deliver engaging training sessions.
  • Be the key point of contact for clients, ensuring clear communication and stakeholder alignment throughout the project.
  • Monitor project progress working with other teams to ensure alignment between client needs and product capabilities.
About You

You have proven experience in implementing software systems in Aged Care, Home Care, Community, or Disability sectors, with a strong understanding of operational and compliance requirements. You have demonstrated experience and success in end-to-end project implementation — including discovery, configuration, training, go-live, and post-implementation support. With a strong knowledge of software systems and cloud-based applications, you can configure and troubleshoot solutions. You thrive in an environment that is based on teamwork skills with a collaborative, client-focused approach.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum 3–4 years' experience in software implementation, project delivery, or consulting within a SaaS or technology environment.
  • A bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or a related discipline (or equivalent industry experience).
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite including project and client management tools (e.g. Jira, Monday.com, HubSpot) and experience working with financial modules or software would be highly regarded.
  • Strong ability to plan, organise, and manage multiple projects simultaneously with attention to detail.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with ability to engage confidently with stakeholders at all levels.
  • A current Australian Driver Licence.
