Job Role
  • This is a role for a skilled professional who will engage with clients as their primary point of contact and drive project success from planning to implementation.
  • The successful candidate will have experience in implementing projects efficiently and effectively, including pre-sales activities, systems analysis, software integration, and post-implementation assessment.

Reporting to the Head of Finance & Operations, this role involves managing multiple projects simultaneously, coordinating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring seamless delivery of client objectives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage overall project success and client satisfaction by developing strategic project plans and executing them flawlessly.
  • Provide technical advisory services to clients during the sales cycle, utilizing expertise in Document Management Systems and Drafting Solutions.
  • Help clients plan and implement projects, including setting up engagements and planning sessions with key stakeholders.
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive project reports to communicate status to key client stakeholders and Integration Services business functions.
  • Track project performance against expectations, identify and mitigate risks, and address any issues that may arise.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Possess a strong background in technology or law, with extensive experience in a customer-facing role and ideally within technical pre-sales support.
  • Proven track record in pre-sales activities, pre-installation assessment, systems analysis, software integration, and post-implementation assessment.
  • Experience working with Generative AI, Microsoft products, and Document Management Systems such as iManage and NetDocuments.
  • Demonstrate exceptional problem-solving skills, ability to work independently or as part of a cross-functional team, and excellent communication skills.
