About This Role

This is a key opportunity for a skilled consultant to work closely with our business customers, helping them to achieve project management and operational excellence.

As a trusted advisor, you will be responsible for implementing our software solution, Synergy, to drive business growth and improved outcomes for our customers.

  • Develop in-depth expertise in Synergy from both a business consulting and technical integration/configuration perspective.
  • Work closely with our prospects and customers to help them implement the Total Synergy Cloud platform.
  • Project manage implementation and adoption of Synergy assisted by our Customer Success Managers to realise greater recurring subscription and consulting services revenue.
Key Skills and Qualifications:

- Strong technical aptitude as the role will require you to ramp up quickly on a sophisticated product

- Great communication skills, both written and verbal, with ability to communicate effectively with all levels within a business.

- Good analytical and problem solving skills. No two days are the same.

- Demonstrated the ability to maintain high levels of productivity with minimal supervision.

Additional Nice-to-Haves:

- AEC industry experience or other project-based professional services experience.

- Experience with accounting packages like Xero, QBO, Sage.

- A familiarity with APIs
