Professional Services Sales Expertise Wanted

Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Partner Practice Manager to join our ANZ team. This is a high-visibility role where you will be the driving force behind our Professional Services Partnering strategy, executing jointly with our Partner team in the region.

Key Responsibilities
  • Create a thriving partner professional services ecosystem that drives customer success and expands our services delivery capacity.
  • Develop and execute a go-to-market strategy with our focus partners, defining target markets, joint offerings, and rules of engagement.
  • Oversee the onboarding process for new services partners and ensure existing partners are continuously enabled on our latest features and best practices for delivery.
  • Manage the commercial relationship, including master services agreements, subcontracting paperwork, and ensuring a smooth and compliant process for joint engagements.
  • Work hand-in-hand with our partner sales teams to identify, develop, and close joint services opportunities.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • 10+ years of experience in a partner-facing or alliance management role within an enterprise software or cloud technology company.
  • 5+ years of experience focused specifically on Professional Services sales, either directly or through partners.
  • Demonstrated experience building and managing relationships with large Global System Integrators (GSIs) and/or boutique consultancies.
  • Proven track record of building and managing a sales pipeline and exceeding targets in a partner-centric sales model.
  • Strong understanding of services contracts, statements of work (SOWs), and the commercial aspects of subcontracting and partner agreements.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
