Ecosystem Growth Strategist

Description:

We are seeking an experienced professional to spearhead ecosystem development and foster strategic partnerships for a major initiative.

Responsibilities:

  • Owning and leading strategic partnerships across DeFi and core onchain use cases is crucial to our success.
  • The ideal candidate will serve as a thought partner to Product, contributing to roadmap discussions, use case design, and product requirement documents.
  • Navigating high-stakes conversations with protocol leaders, founders, and C-level stakeholders will be a key aspect of this role.
  • Identifying, structuring, and closing deals that drive measurable ecosystem growth and unlock new product opportunities will be the primary focus.
  • This individual will operate as an owner, running end-to-end workstreams, managing internal stakeholders, and taking full accountability for execution.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 12 years of experience in business development, strategic partnerships, or ecosystem roles is required.
  • At least 3 years of experience in a crypto-native environment is preferred.
  • A proven track record of structuring and executing high-impact deals in DeFi or related verticals is essential.
  • A deep understanding of onchain economies, builder incentives, and protocol mechanics is necessary.

Preferred Requirements:

  • Experience scaling an onchain ecosystem or protocol GTM strategy would be beneficial.
  • Familiarity with builder enablement tools such as grants, dev onboarding, and liquidity incentives is a plus.
