Sportswear Business Developer

About Your Role
As a store manager assistant, you'll work alongside the store manager to lead a team in driving business success, elevating and developing the team, and creating an exceptional community experience.
Key Responsibilities Include:
- Attract, develop, and engage a team of committed experts to educate customers on sportswear and equipment technology.
- Build relationships within a newly established market, focusing on the tennis community.
- Collaborate with peers to drive unique product experiences and visual merchandising of sportswear, footwear, and hard goods products.
- Lead full store operations, prioritizing the athlete and team member experience.
- Use analytics to inform business decisions and drive growth.
- Create strategies for business growth and team development.
Requirements:
- Demonstrated management experience in fashion or sportswear retail.
- Able to build lasting relationships with staff and customers.
- Passion for tennis or sports brands.
- Proven success in team development and customer service.
- Strong communication skills and entrepreneurial mindset.
