Job Title

As the Store Manager for Doncaster, you will leverage your entrepreneurial spirit to drive the success of your store's business and elevate your team.

Responsibilities
  • Attract, develop, and engage a team of retail assistants and an Assistant Manager, educating customers on world-leading sportswear and equipment technology.
  • Build community by connecting with deep relationships within a newly established market, focusing on tennis enthusiasts.
  • Collaborate with peers and support your team to drive unique product experiences within your community.
  • Lead effective visual merchandising of sportswear, footwear, and hard goods products.
  • Lead full store operations experience with a commitment to customer satisfaction.
  • Use KPI analytics to drive the business forward with informed decision-making.
  • Create strategy for business growth and team development.
  • Consistently deliver sales targets through strategic scheduling and coaching of your team.
What We're Looking For
  • 3–5 years of experience in retail leadership.
  • A passion for tennis or sports brands is beneficial.
  • Proven success in developing leaders and seizing opportunities to advance their goals.
  • Ability to set clear vision, align the team around goals, and foster commitment.
  • Passionate about delivering exceptional consumer experiences.
  • Outstanding communication skills.
  • Autonomous and comfortable in an entrepreneurial environment.
