Your Role...

  • You will leverage your entrepreneurial spirit to drive business success, develop your team, and create an exceptional community experience as Store Manager.
  • Leverage deep relationships within a newly established market, with a specific focus on the tennis community.
  • Collaborate with peers and support your team to drive unique product experiences within your community.
  • Lead and execute effective visual merchandising of sportswear, footwear, and hard goods product.
  • Drive full store operations, prioritizing the athlete and team member experience.
  • Utilize KPI analytics to inform business decisions.
What We're Looking For...
  • 3-5 years' experience in retail leadership
  • A passion for tennis or sports is a plus
  • Proven success in developing leaders and fostering their growth goals
  • Ability to set clear vision, align teams around common objectives, and foster commitment
  • Possess outstanding communication skills and thrive in an entrepreneurial environment
