Job Title:

Sportswear Store Team Leader

This is a dynamic leadership role where you will be responsible for driving the success of our store. As a key member of our team, you will work closely with our Head Coach to create an exceptional customer experience.

About the Role:

In this role, you will be expected to lead by example and embody our core values. You will be hands-on in developing your team and culture, driving key strategic results, and ensuring profitable growth of your store on a daily basis.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Co-create the store vision based on our core values and align it to local events and initiatives.
  • Represent our brand and create a community that celebrates how our customers are inspired to be 1% better every day.
  • Build a world-class team by facilitating training and education processes, including onboarding through our LSKD Academy.
  • Encourage collaboration within the team, leveraging individual experiences to find better ways of doing things.
  • Support ongoing learning and development of your team, reinforcing their understanding of how working at LSKD contributes to career and personal growth.
